Review by hotel critic
As an Andalusian chef with a penchant for culinary experiences, staying in Oviedo offered a delightful fusion of traditional charm and modern conveniences. The hotel's blend of heritage and contemporary elements resonated with me, mirroring my own culinary style that marries tradition with innovation.Exploring Oviedo's old quarter was a treat, with landmarks like the Campoamor Theatre evoking a sense of history while the modern art museum provided a dynamic contrast. The hotel's terrace beckoned with a promise of relaxation, much like savoring a slow-cooked dish at sunset. The staff, akin to trusted kitchen hands, were amiable and eager to assist, their slight struggle with English reminiscent of my own trials with foreign cuisines. The coffee shop attached to the property was a cozy spot to retreat to, much like my favorite corner in a bustling market.my stay in Oviedo was a harmonious blend of old-world charm and contemporary comforts, much like the delicate balance of flavors in a well-crafted dish.
